Maintenance

Most generator failures happen when the unit sits unused for months and then is asked to start in an emergency. A scheduled maintenance plan is the cheapest insurance you can buy — and the only way a manufacturer warranty stays valid.

Quarterly, 6-monthly, annual plans
Load-bank testing to 100% rated load
Fuel polishing & tank cleaning
Genuine OEM parts only
24/7 emergency response

What's in a scheduled service

Every service visit covers the same baseline: oil and oil-filter change, fuel-filter renewal, coolant condition and freeze-point test, battery load test, air-filter inspection, belts and hoses check, control panel alarm log download, and an automatic test-start under load. We document every reading on a service report and email it to you within 24 hours.

Load-bank testing — the test that actually matters

A generator that has only ever run unloaded for 10 minutes a week will wet-stack — unburnt fuel coats the exhaust and the engine loses power. We bring a resistive load bank to site annually and run the unit at 100% of rated load for an hour, recording voltage, frequency, and exhaust temperature. It is the only way to know the generator will hold the full building load in a real outage.

Fuel polishing & tank cleaning

Diesel goes off. After 12–18 months, microbial growth and water contamination clog filters and damage injectors. For sites with bulk tanks (250 L+) we offer in-situ fuel polishing — a closed-loop filtration that removes water and particulates without dropping the tank. Highly recommended for hospitals, telco huts, and remote sites.
